Social Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on social content across formats including static, carousel, short-form video, reels, stories, and animations.
• Combine global creative assets with self-captured content to create authentic, socially relevant outputs.
• Capture original imagery and video footage (studio, BTS, product, and lifestyle) to supplement campaign assets.
• Edit and optimize social content for platform-specific best practices regarding aspect ratios, pacing, and sound.
• Apply brand guidelines and visual standards to ensure all content feels native to each social channel.
• Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to ensure technical accuracy and asset suitability.
• Respond quickly to emerging trends and agile content opportunities while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience creating social-first content.
• Strong hands-on skills in shooting and editing social imagery and video using mobile or camera-based equipment.
• Proficiency in social editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or Photoshop.
• Deep understanding of major social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Strong visual storytelling skills with an eye for pacing, composition, and social-native execution.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple formats, deliverables, and timelines.
