Responsibilities

• Be the face of Freecash on camera consistently across all channels
• Fully own and run Freecash's organic social presence
• Ideate, film, edit, and publish native content daily
• Turn product launches and feature changes into engaging announcements
• Launch and run full-scale organic campaigns and experiments
• Connect content performance to sign-ups and user activation
• Grow reach and engagement across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, and X
• Build community presence on Discord and Reddit
• Partner with the community manager to maintain brand sentiment

Requirements

• Magnetic and compelling on-camera presence
• End-to-end creator skills including filming, editing, and writing
• Proven track record of driving conversions and sign-ups through organic content
• Deep fluency in TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, X, Discord, and Reddit
• Data-driven mindset to analyze content performance
• Proficiency with AI content tools
• Experience in B2C social media, ideally within gaming or ad tech

Preferred Qualifications

• Portfolio of on-camera content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
• Ability to localize and scale campaigns by market
• High level of meme literacy and current social trends
