Social Commerce Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and growth of TikTok Shop affiliate programs across multiple brands
• Manage affiliate communities including Discord moderation and daily engagement
• Assist with creator relationship management and responding to inquiries
• Support affiliate recruitment through creator outreach and onboarding
• Create and manage contracts for flat-fee creator activations
• Assist with sample request approvals and creator product fulfillment
• Maintain accurate creator records, campaign trackers, and operational documentation
• Monitor creator communications and escalate risks to Account Managers
• Support affiliate performance tracking and reporting

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social media marketing, or e-commerce
• Experience with TikTok Shop or social commerce strongly preferred
• Experience managing online communities, preferably Discord
• Strong written communication and relationship management skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
