Social Business Director

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex social-first projects and manage key campaigns for a tech client portfolio
• Provide senior-level strategic guidance to clients
• Lead and motivate an integrated team including Account Managers, Community Managers, and Creatives
• Oversee social content delivery and performance using research and data insights
• Build trusted partner relationships with senior-level clients and manage multi-level stakeholders
• Manage project commercials, including profitability, resource requirements, and growth opportunities
• Steer internal processes and ways of working to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Collaborate with creative teams to drive creative excellence

Requirements

• Strong expertise in paid and organic social media
• Experience managing complex social experiences across multiple platforms
• Proven ability to lead and motivate integrated teams
• Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to act as a strategic advisor to clients
