About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of the LinkedIn employee advocacy program, including platform administration, content strategy, and reporting via Oktopost.
  • Develop and maintain a robust advocacy content calendar aligned with brand/demand campaigns and field events.
  • Support organic LinkedIn strategy by providing strategic direction for corporate content and managing LinkedIn Live execution.
  • Serve as the primary project manager for core brand programs, including brand videos and major campaign launches.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, manage agency and vendor relationships, and oversee program budgets.
  • Coordinate activation strategies across cross-functional teams to ensure major brand moments land with unified energy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in social media, brand marketing, content marketing, or program/project management, preferably in a high-tech environment.
  • Deep experience with LinkedIn in a B2B environment, including organic strategy and employee advocacy programs.
  • Strong project management skills with hands-on experience in tools such as Wrike, Asana, or Monday.com.
  • Proven experience managing agency or vendor relationships, including briefing and budget oversight.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, capable of crafting both social captions and professional stakeholder briefs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high bar for quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Oktopost or comparable employee advocacy platforms like Sprout Social Amplify.
