Social Art Director, Beauty

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction of social-first beauty content across all platforms
• Concept and execute innovative, platform-native ideas including tutorials, creator-led content, and product storytelling
• Act as Art Director on set for beauty shoots, ensuring excellence in lighting, texture, color, and product representation
• Develop and evolve Burberry Beauty’s social visual identity to ensure consistency with wider brand campaigns
• Capture iPhone self-shot content with a strong understanding of TikTok and short-form video language
• Manage creative relationships with agencies, creators, photographers, stylists, and collaborators
• Translate briefs into compelling visual narratives using mood boards, references, and treatments
• Use performance insights to inform and evolve creative output

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Art Director, with a strong focus on beauty (luxury industry experience preferred)
• A standout portfolio showcasing beauty-led social content across both image and video
• Strong expertise in art directing beauty shoots with exceptional attention to skin, texture, and detail
• In-depth knowledge of social platforms, content performance, and global beauty trends
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
