Social and Partnership Associate

Responsibilities

• Own ambassador brief and script workflow from draft to delivery
• Manage talent communications and keep content production on schedule
• Review incoming content for quality, compliance, and channel fit
• Plan and create community and organic content calendars
• Research trends, formats, and audio on TikTok and Instagram
• Create organic content using ambassador assets and community insights
• Schedule content and shape tone of voice across TikTok

Requirements

• Strong writer with sharp editorial instincts
• Social-native with deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram
• Comfortable with writing, planning, editing, and talent coordination
• Confident creating or editing simple social content using tools like CapCut
• Curious and eager to grow across writing, social, scripting, and publishing
• Early-career background in journalism, content, publishing, copywriting, or social media
