About the role
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns for L'Oréal Groupe brands
- Manage influencer shortlisting, vetting, and relations via Traackr
- Handle contract management, briefing, and content approval workflows
- Track live campaign performance across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Produce performance reporting and post-campaign reviews using Traackr and Power BI
- Build direct relationships with influencers and talent agents
Requirements
- Experience in social media, influencer marketing, or communications
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube platforms and metrics
- Excellent written communication skills for briefs and client updates
- Ability to interpret data, including cost-per metrics and engagement rates
- High attention to detail for content review and feedback
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaign workstreams
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Traackr, Brandwatch, or Market View Online
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar analytics tools
- Prior experience with beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands
