Social and Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Track conversations relevant to Fireworks in real time and frame narratives for the community
• Monitor social, Discord, and community platforms daily using analytics tools
• Create on-brand content and fresh formats for technical AI topics
• Moderate discussions, answer questions, and foster helpful conversations in community channels
• Support and run community programs including Champion initiatives, newsletters, and AMAs
• Help plan and execute virtual and in-person events, webinars, and meetups
• Share data-driven insights with marketing, product, and engineering teams

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in social media or community management
• Experience engaging and growing communities on Discord, Reddit, X, or forums
• Proficiency with social and community analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social)
• AI native with daily use of LLMs and generative AI tools
• Strong data and analytics skills for tracking metrics and creating reports
• Excellent project management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting community programs and events
• Familiarity with AI infrastructure or open-source ecosystems like Hugging Face
• Basic video or multimedia production skills
• Background in fast-paced startup environments
