About the Company

Dexmate is building the foundation for physical AI — combining a new generation of robots with a universal Physical AI OS, making robots as easy to build and deploy as software. Our mission is to democratize robotics by lowering the barrier to entry and cultivating an open ecosystem that accelerates the evolution of physical AI.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Dexmate's presence across key social platforms
• Plan and execute a consistent content calendar aligned with marketing priorities
• Adapt technical content into engaging, platform-native formats for product launches and case studies
• Build and nurture a vibrant community of developers, engineers, and industry professionals
• Monitor, respond to, and facilitate discussions to maintain a healthy community
• Track key social metrics including engagement rates, follower growth, and traffic
• Help define and maintain a consistent, authentic brand voice

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in social media, community, or content marketing
• Experience in B2B or tech environments
• Strong understanding of X, LinkedIn, and Discord
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into engaging content
• Experience managing paid social campaigns to drive reach and leads
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Experience managing content calendars and social tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in robotics, AI, hardware, or developer-focused products
• Familiarity with technical communities or developer ecosystems
• Experience working with video content
• Understanding of enterprise audiences and long sales cycles
