About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day engagement across brand social platforms like Facebook and Instagram
  • Deliver strategic 1:1 interactions aligned with brand tone of voice
  • Monitor and escalate potential risks, issues, or sensitive conversations
  • Own publishing through Sprinklr and native platforms ensuring calendar accuracy
  • Monitor social conversations, sentiment, and cultural trends using listening tools
  • Identify emerging themes, risks, and opportunities across brand and category discussions
  • Analyze performance data to uncover actionable insights for optimization
  • Maintain real-time dashboards to provide visibility on campaign performance
  • Translate performance metrics into clear insights and recommendations

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in social media, community management, or digital analytics
  • Experience using social management and listening tools, preferably Sprinklr
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Strong written communication skills aligned with brand tone of voice
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
