Social Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyse paid and organic social performance across multiple clients and platforms
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards and performance frameworks
• Conduct social audits and competitive analyses to support new business pitches
• Identify audience, platform and content trends to strengthen client strategies
• Partner with strategists and creatives to optimise content based on performance insights
• Define and monitor KPIs for each client
• Support quarterly business reviews and client presentations with data-driven storytelling

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in social analytics, digital analytics or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and metrics (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest)
• Experience with reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau
• Proficiency with social listening tools like Brandwatch & Emplifi
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate numbers into compelling stories
• Experience conducting competitor analysis and identifying market opportunities
• Excellent communication skills for explaining data to specialists and non-specialists
