About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and research for HR operational issues
- Support individual employee files
- Prepare staff representative bodies (CSE, CSSCT, etc.)
- Contribute to the preparation of company agreement negotiations
- Update and improve legal support tools and practical guides
- Conduct legal and social monitoring (case law and legal updates)
- Support cross-functional HR projects requiring legal expertise
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in social law, labor law, or social relations
- Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in a legal or HR department
- Strong knowledge of individual and collective social law
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- English level B2 (written comprehension)
- High level of rigor, discretion, and proactivity

- Sensitivity to HR functions
- Interest in social dialogue and strategic company transformation
