Social Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day social delivery and content workflows from brief to publication
• Manage scheduling and publishing across multiple social channels
• Maintain quality control across copy, assets, links, tagging, and metadata
• Own and maintain the editorial calendar across various content streams
• Translate client requests into actionable creative briefs for designers and copywriters
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
• Support community management and audience engagement workflows
• Utilize enterprise social management platforms like Sprinklr

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a social, content, digital, or social PR agency
• Strong understanding of social platforms and content workflows
• Experience managing editorial calendars and publishing programmes
• Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Sprinklr
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
