Social Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding social content delivery
• Manage end-to-end content workflows from brief intake to final approval
• Coordinate across Strategy, Content, Design, and Social teams to ensure timely delivery
• Translate client requests into actionable internal briefs
• Manage content delivery and adaptations across multiple markets
• Support weekly and daily content planning and prioritization
• Track content performance and feed insights back into future planning
• Manage project-level budgets, including purchase orders and invoice processing

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
• Proven experience in account management, project management, or social/digital delivery
• Experience in fast-paced agency, in-house, or studio environments
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize under pressure
• Proficiency with Gen AI tools for planning and workflow management
• Experience with social publishing workflows and content approval processes
• Experience coordinating influencer or creator-led campaigns
