Social Account Director

Responsibilities

• Own and nurture key client relationships as the primary strategic partner for social media and digital communications
• Lead the development and execution of innovative social media strategies, including organic and paid campaigns
• Manage the financial health of social accounts, including forecasting, revenue generation, and budget management
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, and data leads to develop effective social-first briefs
• Manage, mentor, and develop Social Account Managers and junior team members
• Champion the use of social listening tools, AI, and intelligent operating platforms to drive efficiency
• Present social strategy and creative work to clients to ensure cultural relevance and brand alignment

Requirements

• Proven ability to lead major social media accounts and act as a strategic advisor
• Deep expertise in organic, paid, influencer, and community management strategies
• Demonstrated commercial acumen in managing account profitability and scoping complex campaigns
• Experience managing and developing teams of social media professionals
• Expert-level understanding of major social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook
• Practical understanding of applying social listening tools, analytics, and AI to campaigns
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior client engagement
