About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead larger, more complex client accounts and ensure work aligns with client and agency goals
- Act as a trusted advisor to mid-level clients and manage escalations
- Guide strategy development and connect it to creative execution
- Participate in creative reviews and push for creative excellence
- Oversee fee/scope tracking, profitability, and commercial performance
- Lead cross-functional teams and support junior team members
- Own client-facing presentations, scopes, and communications
Requirements
- Account management or client leadership experience
- Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving
- Confidence leading presentations and client conversations
- Commercial awareness and financial tracking skills
- Excellent organization and stakeholder management
- Ability to mentor and motivate teams
- Resilience in high-pressure environments
