About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day running of multiple social and influencer campaigns from start to finish
  • Identify and vet talent, negotiate contracts, and fees
  • Implement campaigns across relevant channels and oversee delivery quality
  • Report on performance against agreed KPIs
  • Actively contribute to social and influencer strategy by recommending objectives and creative concepts
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing solutions
  • Manage campaign budgets and timelines to ensure profitability
  • Support the growth of junior team members through mentoring and feedback

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years' experience in social and influencer marketing
  • Proven experience managing multiple campaigns autonomously, including budgets and timelines
  • Track record of building strong client relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience mentoring junior team members is highly desirable
