About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of multiple social and influencer campaigns from start to finish
- Identify and vet talent, negotiate contracts, and fees
- Implement campaigns across relevant channels and oversee delivery quality
- Report on performance against agreed KPIs
- Actively contribute to social and influencer strategy by recommending objectives and creative concepts
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing solutions
- Manage campaign budgets and timelines to ensure profitability
- Support the growth of junior team members through mentoring and feedback
Requirements
- Minimum of two years' experience in social and influencer marketing
- Proven experience managing multiple campaigns autonomously, including budgets and timelines
- Track record of building strong client relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience mentoring junior team members is highly desirable
