Social Account Director

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex social media projects and manage key campaigns for a soft drinks portfolio
• Manage client expectations and act as a trusted partner for mid-level stakeholders
• Oversee project delivery in a social-first and integrated marketing environment
• Drive social strategy, content creation, and brand advocacy across paid and organic platforms
• Manage account budgets, timelines, and commercial targets to ensure financial success
• Lead and mentor account teams, providing guidance and acting as an escalation point
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver best-in-class social solutions

Requirements

• Proven experience leading social media accounts and managing complex projects
• Strong understanding of paid and organic social media ecosystems
• Ability to manage multi-level stakeholders in complex matrix organizations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Financial acumen for managing budgets and commercial proposals
• Experience in an agency or client-side social role
• Ability to work autonomously and motivate teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the retail sector
• Integrated marketing experience beyond social media
