SoC Verification Technical Lead/Sr. Staff

Responsibilities

• Lead verification execution for customer SoC, subsystem, and IP projects from planning through signoff
• Build and manage verification teams of 3-8 engineers, including task assignment and mentoring
• Develop comprehensive verification plans that map customer requirements to testbench architecture and coverage goals
• Integrate and deploy Synopsys VCS, Verdi, and third-party VIP for protocols such as PCIe, Ethernet, USB, and DDR
• Debug complex multi-protocol and multi-domain SoC issues using waveform and coverage analysis
• Identify project risks early and communicate status and mitigation strategies to stakeholders
• Drive methodology improvements including UVM reuse strategies and regression optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of hands-on SoC, subsystem, or IP verification experience
• Deep technical expertise in UVM testbench development, coverage analysis, and verification planning
• Proven experience leading verification teams through full project lifecycles
• Strong working knowledge of industry-standard protocols (PCIe, Ethernet, USB, or DDR)
• Proficiency with Synopsys VCS, Verdi, or equivalent waveform analysis tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ARM-based technologies, including Coresight debug infrastructure or AMBA protocols
• Solid understanding of ASIC design flows and RTL design concepts
