SOC Verification and Methodology Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed verification plans and infrastructure by understanding design specifications and defining scope.
• Implement and execute verification test cases to identify and debug complex design issues.
• Analyze SystemVerilog assertions and coverage metrics, including code, toggle, and functional coverage.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and pre/post-silicon verification teams to achieve project goals.
• Innovate new verification methodologies and tools to improve test bench quality and efficiency.
• Maintain high quality standards and best practices throughout the verification process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in design verification.
• Strong proficiency in SystemVerilog and UVM-based verification methodologies.
• Experience with assertion and coverage-based verification.
• Proven ability to handle verification tasks from initial test planning through to tapeout for large-scale hardware designs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience with knowledge of SoC architecture, CPU (ARM), DSP, AMBA Bus, DDR, GPU, or Multimedia.
• Exposure to ARM SBSA (Server Base System Architecture).
• Experience with heterogeneous multi-die system verification and D2D interfaces (e.g., UCIe, CXL).
• Experience with pre-silicon emulation platform-based verification.
• Knowledge of power design, architecture, and verification requirements.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Perl.
• Experience with formal verification tools and assertion coding.
