SOC Operator - Biotech Site Patrol

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner following established protocols
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to discourage security-related incidents
• Support daily operations with integrity as part of an agile and reliable team

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen
• Ability to work the specified part-time schedule (Saturday and Sunday, 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with access control and badge systems
• Valid guard card or security license
• CPR and First Aid certification
