SOC Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Artemis Apollo MDR operation, directing shift coverage and staffing.
• Shape and improve SOPs, runbooks, escalation paths, and on-call processes.
• Act as a player-coach by working and escalating real cases alongside the team.
• Own SLAs, service delivery, and quality assurance for analyst verdicts.
• Lead incident response and coordinate containment during declared incidents.
• Hire, onboard, and mentor mid-to-senior level security analysts.
• Influence the Artemis platform by turning case patterns into detection tuning and automation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience including SOC/MSSP/MDR leadership.
• Proven experience building or running SOC/MDR operations and SLA programs.
• Hands-on incident response experience across cloud, identity, endpoint, and SaaS environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with security tools like SIEM, EDR, and SOAR.
• Experience with detection content such as Sigma, YARA-L, or KQL.
• Experience with AI-assisted investigation or automation tooling.
