SoC Chip Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive technical strategy and long-term product roadmaps for complex SoCs and digital systems
• Lead technical IP assessments, vendor selection, and foundry technology node evaluations
• Author top-level SoC definitions, including fabric interconnects (NoC), memory hierarchies, and power management
• Own the full SoC lifecycle from initial concept and definition through tape-out and productization
• Optimize Power, Performance, Area, and Cost (PPA) requirements for all silicon milestones
• Govern final silicon sign-off reviews for synthesis, DFT, constraints, timing closure, and physical design
• Collaborate with RTL, DV, DFT, Physical Design, and Silicon Validation teams to ensure first-time-right silicon success
• Partner with software, systems, and manufacturing teams to bridge hardware and software domains

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor design roles
• Deep expertise in complex SoC architecture and implementation
• Comprehensive mastery across multiple technical domains including RTL, DV, DFT, and Physical Design
• Proven ability to align technical strategy with business goals and manage executive stakeholders
