SOC Analyst/Trainee

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and events using SOC tools
• Assist in identifying and escalating security incidents
• Support the investigation of suspicious activities and security threats
• Review logs and security events from various systems
• Assist in vulnerability monitoring and reporting
• Support the SOC team in incident response activities
• Maintain incident records and documentation
• Participate in cybersecurity awareness and technical training programs

Requirements

• UAE National (Mandatory)
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 0–1 year of experience
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and Firewalls
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Awareness of SIEM tools and log analysis
• Knowledge of network security basics
• Understanding of incident response and threat monitoring fundamentals
• Ability to work collaboratively within a technical team
