SOC Analyst - L2

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and respond to complex security alerts and incidents to maintain the security of client systems and data.
• Create, modify, and tune SIEM rules to adjust alert specifications and optimize log correlation.
• Perform deep investigation into XDR alerts, threat hunting, and detection management.
• Manage vulnerability data by collecting, analyzing, and integrating information from multiple sources to mitigate risks.
• Administer Privileged Access Management (PAM) tasks, including server reconciliation, health checks, and policy management.
• Lead and coordinate responses to advanced security events and perform forensic analysis to understand the extent of compromises.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to Level 1 SOC analysts.
• Collaborate with security engineers to deploy, develop, and manage security tools and architecture.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of overall professional experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Information Security domain.
• Proven expertise in Security Operations (L1/L2) within Infrastructure Security Services.
• Hands-on experience with incident response, threat protection, and SecOps.
• Practical experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) and vulnerability management.
• Proficiency with SIEM, XDR, and PAM technologies.
