Snowcat Operator

Responsibilities

• Groom terrain for skiing and riding
• Maintain consistent grooming standards and clean lines on slopes
• Perform general maintenance of snowcats and report issues to mechanics
• Operate equipment in adverse weather conditions and at night
• Pass ASC and Colorado snowmobile tests as required

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid, current, unrestricted driver’s license
• Ability to communicate and follow directions in English
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in wet, cold, or hot outdoor conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment on uneven terrain
• Experience operating heavy equipment at night
• Intermediate level skiing or riding ability
