Snow Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct snowplow crews during snow and ice events
• Monitor weather conditions and help plan response efforts
• Assign routes and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
• Operate snowplow trucks or other equipment when needed
• Oversee salt/brine applications and equipment inspections
• Maintain basic reports and ensure safety compliance

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• 2+ years of snow removal experience
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen and MVR review
• Willingness to travel to snow locations for the duration of events
• Attendance at an 8-hour in-person snow training session

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B
• Previous leadership experience
