SME/Process Specialist - RCM

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of 15 to 20 FTEs, including work allocation and performance monitoring
• Oversee RCM processes such as Billing, Cash Posting, Credit Balance, Accounts Receivables, and Denial Management
• Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational metrics and management reports
• Analyze RCM metrics including Days in AR, Ageing above 90 days, Collections, and bad debt to identify trends
• Create and maintain operational scorecards to track KPIs and assist in volume forecasting
• Interact effectively with clients and establish strong relationships with Team Managers
• Suggest process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodology and identify automation opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience
• 3+ years of experience in relevant RCM billing functions
• Proven experience managing a team of 15-20 FTEs
• Proficiency in MS Excel and the ability to create Excel macros
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw actionable recommendations from raw data
• Willingness to work night shifts/US timings

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree
• Quality-related certifications such as Lean Six Sigma
