SME/Process Specialist - RCM

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of 15 to 20 FTEs, including work allocation and performance monitoring
• Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly RCM operational metrics and management reports
• Analyze RCM metrics such as Days in AR, aging, collections, and bad debt to identify trends and patterns
• Create and maintain operational scorecards to track KPIs and assist in volume forecasting and capacity planning
• Interact effectively with clients and establish strong relationships with Team Managers
• Suggest process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and identify opportunities for automation
• Perform data analysis to develop actionable recommendations for resolving AR issues

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• 3+ years of experience specifically in relevant billing functions
• Proven experience managing a team or group of 15-20 FTEs
• Thorough understanding of RCM processes including Billing, Cash Posting, Credit Balance, AR, and Denial Management
• Proficiency in MS Excel and the ability to create Excel macros
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative abilities
• Willingness to work night shifts/US timings
• Graduate degree in any discipline
