SME R2R

Responsibilities

• Manage R2R quality metrics through service level agreements, performance metrics, and continuous governance rhythm.
• Provide technical accounting support for the R2R function and act as a subject matter expert for the team.
• Support projects related to efficiency, controls, transformation, metrics, and governance within the R2R function.
• Standardize and drive efficiency in continuous finance processes, including record-to-report, banking, fixed assets, and FinOps.
• Manage banking activity quality, audit, and compliance activities.
• Maintain R2R and general financial accounting internal controls, ensuring robust account reconciliations and SOX compliance.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of US-GAAP and/or IFRS and support the implementation of new accounting pronouncements.
• Collaborate with Business Finance and Global COE colleagues to maintain best-in-class processes and policy application.

Requirements

• CA / CMA (CWA) / CPA qualification.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a medium to large multinational company.
• Mandatory knowledge of accounting standards (US-GAAP and/or IFRS).
• Mandatory working experience with ERPs, reporting, and reconciliation systems.
• Strong communication skills and a problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and Blackline.
• Knowledge of relevant statutory requirements.
• Experience in process improvements or automation.
• Experience with project management.
