SME for Digital Daily Banking & CASA Growth

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead cross-functional working groups across Digital, IT, Operations, and Marketing
• Define KPIs and manage governance calendars, risk registers, and issue resolution
• Analyze financial behaviors and design differentiated propositions for various customer segments
• Redesign digital-first account opening journeys and oversee UX/UI requirements
• Map digital banking customer journeys to identify and prioritize UX/UI improvements
• Design loyalty program mechanics including earning/redemption and tier integration
• Lead bancassurance objectives, partner identification, and SAMA regulatory approval processes
• Design and deliver training programs for branch, telesales, and digital teams

Requirements

• Strong senior-level experience within banking or financial services
• Proven expertise in banking strategy, transformation, or commercial optimization
• Consulting background strongly preferred
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and in client-facing roles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to articulate complex banking concepts clearly
• Based in Riyadh or willing to work in Riyadh
• Fluent in Arabic and English
