SME Executive Junior

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability for the SME Center by providing high-quality service, maintenance, and post-sales support to clients.
• Manage the full credit cycle, including credit analysis, financial statement review, and file integration.
• Provide operational advisory and support to SME clients to ensure high satisfaction and product placement.
• Mitigate operational risk by ensuring compliance with established norms, policies, and timely accounting records.
• Perform credit pre-qualification through credit bureau reviews and socioeconomic studies.
• Propose strategies to improve administrative, operational, and accounting efficiency within the SME Center.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Administration, or a related field (completed studies).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SME Executive (Ejecutivo PyME).
• Strong proficiency in financial statement analysis and simple credit analysis.
• Experience in the placement of financial products and SME client service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
