About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee a global portfolio of SME accounts to ensure smooth renewals and client satisfaction
- Drive year-over-year revenue growth through renewals and upselling opportunities
- Manage a high-volume sales pipeline via calls and emails
- Qualify inbound and internal leads based on budget, need, and authority
- Conduct consultative discovery to position relevant products and solutions
- Lead pricing discussions and renewal negotiations
- Convert qualified leads into new customers through the full sales cycle
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in customer-facing roles
- Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
