About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses
- Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities
- Generate new leads through prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, and customer referrals
- Develop local business partnerships and organizational affiliations to enhance brand positioning
- Deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating deep product knowledge
- Manage a defined territory with a comprehensive business plan and high activity levels
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects to meet or exceed monthly quota targets
- Collaborate with technical and customer service teams to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant sales work experience
- Proven skills in territory development and lead generation
- Experience using a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs
- Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain professional integrity and resilience in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
