SMB Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses.
• Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities.
• Generate new leads through prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, and customer referrals.
• Develop and manage a specific territory through local business partnerships and organizational affiliations.
• Deliver face-to-face sales presentations to demonstrate product knowledge and optimal bundled solutions.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects to meet or exceed monthly quota performance.
• Collaborate with technical and customer service teams to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant sales work experience.
• Proven expertise in territory management and lead generation.
• Strong consultative selling skills to identify and solve customer communication needs.
• Ability to manage a high-activity business plan and maintain accurate sales records.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience selling advanced telecommunications or business technology solutions.
