SMB Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses.
• Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities.
• Develop local business partnerships and organizational affiliations to enhance brand positioning.
• Generate new leads through prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, and customer referrals.
• Deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate deep product knowledge.
• Manage a defined territory with a comprehensive business plan and high activity levels.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects to meet or exceed monthly quota performance.
• Collaborate with technical and customer service teams to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant sales work experience.
• Proven skills in territory development and lead generation.
• Experience using a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain professional integrity and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Extensive experience in telecommunications or advanced business communications solutions.
