SMB Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses.
• Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX, and cloud-based voice solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor using a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and business outcomes.
• Strategically manage a defined territory using a data-driven, activity-based approach and a comprehensive business plan.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities through outbound outreach, local networking, and partner relationships.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects to meet and exceed monthly quota objectives.
• Collaborate with technical and customer service teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant sales work experience.
• Proven experience with a consultative sales approach and territory management.
• Strong skills in prospecting and pipeline management.
• Ability to deliver face-to-face sales presentations.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling advanced telecommunications or managed services.
• Strong knowledge of the competitive landscape and emerging business technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to build local business partnerships and community affiliations.
