SMB Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses.
• Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities.
• Develop territories through local business partnerships and organizational affiliations.
• Generate new leads via cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
• Deliver face-to-face sales presentations to demonstrate product knowledge and optimal bundled solutions.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects to meet or exceed monthly quota performance.
• Manage a comprehensive business plan for the assigned territory to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with technical and customer service teams to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant sales work experience.
• Proven skills in territory development and lead generation.
• Experience using a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs.
• Strong prospecting abilities including cold calling and relationship building.
• Ability to manage high activity levels and maintain detailed sales records.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
