Responsibilities
- Lead, hire, train, and develop a team of SMB Account Executives
- Set activity expectations and hold reps accountable to pipeline management
- Provide regular coaching through 1:1s, call reviews, and roleplays
- Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Refine and implement scalable sales processes in HubSpot
- Partner with Marketing and Customer Success teams
- Share market insights and customer feedback to inform product strategy
- Foster a high-energy and competitive sales culture
Requirements
- 5-8 years of B2B sales experience
- 3-5 years in a leadership or player/coach role
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
- Experience selling into SMB or local business segments
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
- Strong operational discipline and KPI tracking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, SaaS, or marketplace sales
