Responsibilities

  • Lead, hire, train, and develop a team of SMB Account Executives
  • Set activity expectations and hold reps accountable to pipeline management
  • Provide regular coaching through 1:1s, call reviews, and roleplays
  • Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Refine and implement scalable sales processes in HubSpot
  • Partner with Marketing and Customer Success teams
  • Share market insights and customer feedback to inform product strategy
  • Foster a high-energy and competitive sales culture

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of B2B sales experience
  • 3-5 years in a leadership or player/coach role
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
  • Experience selling into SMB or local business segments
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
  • Strong operational discipline and KPI tracking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, SaaS, or marketplace sales
