About the role

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source leads from local and regional businesses
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-up emails to potential clients
  • Pitch value propositions and handle objections to close sales
  • Meet or exceed individual and team revenue and conversion KPIs
  • Accurately log interactions in CRM systems to ensure data integrity
  • Collaborate with Team Leads and peers to share sales strategies

Requirements

  • Essential B2B outbound sales experience
  • Proven experience in a target-driven role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Resilience and ability to handle professional rejection
  • Strong organizational and task prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and data-entry tools
  • Familiarity with HubSpot is a bonus
