About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively source leads from local and regional businesses
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-up emails to potential clients
- Pitch value propositions and handle objections to close sales
- Meet or exceed individual and team revenue and conversion KPIs
- Accurately log interactions in CRM systems to ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with Team Leads and peers to share sales strategies
Requirements
- Essential B2B outbound sales experience
- Proven experience in a target-driven role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Resilience and ability to handle professional rejection
- Strong organizational and task prioritization skills
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and data-entry tools
- Familiarity with HubSpot is a bonus
