About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell integrated communication structures and bundled products to small-to-medium business customers.
- Generate new leads through prospecting activities including cold calling, canvassing, and customer referrals.
- Deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of Comcast products and services.
- Develop local business partnerships and cultivate relationships within the community to expand sales territory.
- Maintain and build customer relationships to drive retention and ensure a superior customer experience.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to effectively position services.
- Prepare regular sales and activity reports and participate in out-of-office customer meetings.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and a variable schedule as necessary.
- Proven ability to work independently and exercise professional judgment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
