SMB Business Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Sell integrated communication solutions to small-to-medium business customers
• Generate new leads through prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, and customer referrals
• Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations to demonstrate product knowledge
• Develop sales territories by cultivating local business partnerships and community relationships
• Maintain and build customer relationships to drive retention and ensure a superior customer experience
• Stay informed about the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to better position services

Requirements

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong sales presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability in prospecting and cold calling
• Experience with customer relationship management and follow-up
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor's Degree
