About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of SMB advertisers with revenue and retention targets
- Act as the primary point of contact for accounts to ensure a positive client experience
- Advise clients on suitable products and packages based on goals and budgets
- Execute renewal, upselling, and cross-selling activities
- Collaborate with Campaign Management to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Manage pipeline, renewals, and forecasting using CRM tools
Requirements
- Experience in account management, sales support, or customer-facing roles
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities at pace
- Strong communication skills for explaining products effectively
- Commercial awareness for pricing and renewal conversations
- Highly organized and process-driven with attention to detail
- Resilient and adaptable to volume and change
