About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of SMB advertisers with revenue and retention targets
  • Act as the primary point of contact for accounts to ensure a positive client experience
  • Advise clients on suitable products and packages based on goals and budgets
  • Execute renewal, upselling, and cross-selling activities
  • Collaborate with Campaign Management to ensure accurate and timely delivery
  • Manage pipeline, renewals, and forecasting using CRM tools

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, sales support, or customer-facing roles
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities at pace
  • Strong communication skills for explaining products effectively
  • Commercial awareness for pricing and renewal conversations
  • Highly organized and process-driven with attention to detail
  • Resilient and adaptable to volume and change
