About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close with SMB merchants
- Convert warm inbound leads from marketing, partnerships, and product interest
- Supplement pipeline through disciplined outbound prospecting and personalized outreach
- Qualify, demo, and close deals in a high-volume environment
- Deliver value-based, consultative solutions to address customer pain points
- Collaborate with Onboarding, Product, Marketing, and Support teams
- Track and forecast pipeline accurately using Salesforce
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals
Requirements
- 1-2 years of inside sales or full-cycle closing experience
- Experience in SaaS, payments, or SMB-focused environments
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Strong phone, video, and written communication skills
- Hunter's mindset with experience in outbound prospecting
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
