SMB Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted expert in healthcare payments and the challenges medical and dental practices face
• Prospect virtually into practices and small partners to connect solutions to business needs
• Generate 75%+ of pipeline through proactive self-sourcing, cold calling, and networking
• Manage and close fast-turn transactional sales from initial contact to contract execution
• Build strong relationships with dental associations, chambers of commerce, and community organizations
• Leverage CRM tools and data to identify, prioritize, and engage interested practices
• Own your book of business by planning daily and weekly strategies to maximize opportunities

Requirements

• 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with ownership of pipeline and closing
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-velocity, short-cycle sales environments
• Experience handling high activity and frequent rejection
• Strong virtual presentation skills for video-based meetings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment
• CRM proficiency, with Salesforce strongly preferred
• Ability to work onsite in St. Petersburg, FL 4–5 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with Salesforce and conversation tracking/AI software
• Experience in payments, fintech, healthcare, or dental/medical practice sales
• Background in high-velocity closing roles such as insurance or merchant services
