About the role
Responsibilities
- Consult with existing class-based customers to understand goals and recommend appropriate software tiers and tools
- Proactively initiate customer outreach via calls, emails, and demos to drive upsell opportunities
- Build and maintain a personal sales operating rhythm to consistently exceed revenue targets and reduce churn
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and business recommendations tied to customer outcomes
- Manage sales pipeline and opportunities within Salesforce to track activity and progress
- Forecast monthly and quarterly results with high accuracy and consistency
Requirements
- 1+ years of professional sales experience, ideally within SaaS or the health and wellness industry
- Experience using CRM tools, with a preference for Salesforce
- 1+ years of experience preparing and presenting customer business reviews or packaged proposals
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to executive-level stakeholders
