About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound cold calling and prospecting to single-location SMBs
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to closed deal, including pitching, negotiation, and contract closure
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations on-site at prospective customer locations
- Maintain strict daily and weekly KPIs including dials, meetings booked, and demos delivered
- Manage and track all sales activities and pipeline within Salesforce
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly quota goals in a fast-paced, competitive environment
Requirements
- 2-4 years of sales experience in an end-to-end, high-volume closing role
- Demonstrated success in managing short sales cycles (sub-45 days)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quantifiable KPIs
- Proficiency with Salesforce or an equivalent CRM
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with persuasive presentation abilities
- High level of resilience and ability to thrive under pressure and handle rejection
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS or wellness/fitness technology
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and cloud-based tools
