About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales process for SMB-market insurance accounts from cold outreach to contract signature
- Deliver tailored product demos that translate technical value into real-world solutions for underwriters and executives
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders in underwriting, claims, and IT
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver proof-of-concepts
- Manage pipeline and forecasting with high CRM hygiene
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within new logos
Requirements
- 2–4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in the SMB market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with HubSpot and sales tools like SalesNav, Lusha, Outreach, or ZoomInfo
- Ability to travel to the U.S. for at least 30 days per year
- Knowledge of insurance industry workflows (MGA, underwriting, or claims) is highly preferred
- Strong ability to handle complex negotiations and solution design
