About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales process for SMB-market insurance accounts from cold outreach to contract signature
  • Deliver tailored product demos that translate technical value into real-world solutions for underwriters and executives
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders in underwriting, claims, and IT
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver proof-of-concepts
  • Manage pipeline and forecasting with high CRM hygiene
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within new logos

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in the SMB market
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and sales tools like SalesNav, Lusha, Outreach, or ZoomInfo
  • Ability to travel to the U.S. for at least 30 days per year
  • Knowledge of insurance industry workflows (MGA, underwriting, or claims) is highly preferred
  • Strong ability to handle complex negotiations and solution design
