About the role
Responsibilities
- Own recruiter acquisition end-to-end including sourcing, pitching, closing, and expanding accounts
- Qualify agencies for fit to identify high-value partners for the Paraform marketplace
- Build and refine outbound systems to grow the sales pipeline
- Account map and deepen relationships with high-potential partners over time
- Help recruiters navigate onboarding, contracting, and early success
- Implement structure and processes to improve conversion and scalability
Requirements
- 2–8 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development at a fast-moving startup
- Experience selling to services businesses such as recruiting, staffing, or consulting
- Significant outbound prospecting experience and ability to build a book of business
- Proven track record of top sales performance or exceeding quotas
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-selling skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to the recruiting industry or marketplace models
