About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own recruiter acquisition end-to-end including sourcing, pitching, closing, and expanding accounts
  • Qualify agencies for fit to identify high-value partners for the Paraform marketplace
  • Build and refine outbound systems to grow the sales pipeline
  • Account map and deepen relationships with high-potential partners over time
  • Help recruiters navigate onboarding, contracting, and early success
  • Implement structure and processes to improve conversion and scalability

Requirements

  • 2–8 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development at a fast-moving startup
  • Experience selling to services businesses such as recruiting, staffing, or consulting
  • Significant outbound prospecting experience and ability to build a book of business
  • Proven track record of top sales performance or exceeding quotas
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-selling skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to the recruiting industry or marketplace models
